Temporal Bubble needs a revision

as melee it's brutal

I'd second this, Temporal Bubble and Mana Burn are the two rare affixes that to me seem like outliers;

Temporal Bubble as the OP posted is freed of being a 'slow' despite being the harshest slow in the game. In addition, it hammers melee in every downside they can eat. It's hard for them to flee out of it if needed, it dramatically reduces their ability to avoid harm while also dramatically reducing their damage output.

Mana Burn's rough spots is mostly as you can get locked into it by mobs pushing you around, doubly so paired with leaping or otherwise swift (or hasted) enemies which are able to match a players move speed, fleeing or advancing in such a way to trap the player in the ring.
