Microtransaction / Guild Donate not working

At approximately 1400 EST, 14 December 2024 - (Auto gateway, likely U.S. Washington D.C. - Xbox one series X) I had 80 points. I used the send guild points system and donated 70 points and it crashed my game client. When I logged back in, the 70 points were gone, and have not shown up in the guild system. I've been talking with the guild leader, he was able to do it himself, but mine did not process correctly. My goal was to have him buy two guild stash tabs while they're on sale for 35 points.

Same problem here, guildmate gave the guild ponts, currency left his account but didnt show up on guildtab…

I tryed to send our guild "Run Run Little Rabbit" 98 points and guild master said they did not receive them. I waited 30 mins then had him check again.. nothing. Was for the guild to buy a quad stash tab. Please Look into this. Thx

to get the guild points you to show up, the leader needs to go onto the poe 2 website and manage guild and look at guild transactions where you can accept or decline the currency. you might have to relog for the coins to show up in game.
