“Cannot open the web browser due to account restrictions. Please check your xbox live account”
Trying to open the trade market website on xbox and i get this message.

And here! Also, I noticed on the Trade site, there's no way for me to select POE2? I'm logged in via my xbox account, but it only lets me select POE1. I want to find a decent crossbow for my merc.
Is anyone able to help? I'm a complete newbite both with POE2 (I barely dabbled in POE1) and with this site in general. |

I get this too. Also on poe1. Been getting this for years. Never been able to access the trade website. I'm not banned. Never have been banned. How do I fix this????

This really sucks but I get it as well didn’t realize my poe1 account was linked but can’t link my poe2 account? Changed my Xbox profile to my sons and boom trade website loads up, super frustrating can’t figure out how to get it to work on my main account

I also have this unfortunate problem but my roommate doesnt. I just changed all my xbox settings to as unlocked and open to the public as possible too thinking that was causing it.

Also have this issue. Does not work in PoE1 or PoE2. Anyone find a solution yet?

Yea this is extremely frustrating. I bought the 60 supporter pack and have been playing poe2 and loving it. I log into my account on Xbox which I’ve had since poe1. It showed the 600 in game credits at tge top of the screen for buying poe2 and Ive some of them in game on stash tabs. But when I click on poe2 on the website in my account it prompts to buy the supporter pack. It shows my Poe1 character but nothing of my poe2 character. On top of that I can’t access the trade website in game via the button, it tells me I’m restricted and to check Xbox live. I’ve looked through all my Xbox settings and I have none restriction. I even rest my console and I cleared the history and cookies in my browser. I would like to access all features in a game I paid 60 dollars for. I’ve sent grinding gear games 3 support emails and have yet to get a response. Kind of a bummer. I’m praying they eventually fix this or at least get back to me and give me the peace of mind they are working this. My son even gets the same message when he hits the trade website button too.
