Following up to an email you have already sent us may have this as the unintended affect.
This needs to be said, but I think this kind of support is absolutely horrible. I understand that you are busy due to the POE2 release. I understand there's only so much you can do with the current support team and I also understand you can't simply scale up your support team.

What I don't find acceptable is that all we are getting is "we are busy". We have no idea how long the queue is. We have no idea if our mails even reached you (because in a different thread you mentioned mails could be lost due to system issues on your end) and on top of all that, sending an additional mail may reset the place in the queue? So we are just waiting here, hoping our mails actually reached you. Possibly waiting for absolutely nothing if it happens that these mails got lost. And risking having to do it all over again if we send an additional one just in case.

Give us at least something to work with here.

They need a real ticketing system, period. Any company dealing with customers should have a legit (even internally built) ticketing system with autoresponder and updates.
