My Poe2 Character not showing on Website

As the title says, my character information for Poe2 is not showing on the website. The PoE character shows but not Poe2. Help please.

I bought exile 2 through PSN . when i login on this website using my psn details it does not show that i have the game.? also character from exile 1 is only showing. please help. which to get my twitch drops :)

i am facing the same issue as well

premium stash tab issue resolved.

1. set premium stash tab to "Set Negotiable Price On All Items"
default tab name will show "-b/o 1 exalted"

2. items are now showing on the trade website
was getting trade offers from other players
received many trade requests for one of my items

3. set single item to "Do Not Index" now works
item note will show "-skip"
trade website results reflected the change

4. "Set Negotiable Price" now works
updated single item price to "2x Orb of Alchemy"
trade website results reflected the change after around 10 minutes

purchased POE2ea on Steam just like any other game, have not used my POE account in years

also unable to confirm that my premium stash tab items listed for sale are showing on the trade website:
