My account locked

Please, is there a moderator who can get in touch with me?

My main account was blocked today by support@, I assume due to an error. I’ve tried reaching out to them, but I haven’t received a response, and I’ve been unable to access my account for several hours. I’d like to try to resolve this before the weekend. I understand they’re overwhelmed, but if someone could help me, I’d really appreciate it.

I usually play on weekends because of my child, and I see that if this gets delayed, I’ll end up spending the whole weekend without being able to play.

I sent a message to support@ telling them that my account had been hacked, and that my email and password had been changed, but I still had access through Steam. Today, after two days, they replied by blocking my account.

I responded, asking them not to block it. I just want them to either let me change the password or the email, and if that’s not possible, at least let me play through the Steam login.

I haven’t received a reply in almost 12 hours. I understand that it might take time to respond the first time, but once they’ve replied (and blocked the account), it doesn’t make sense for it to take so long.

If you could help me in any way, I’d really appreciate it. My main account is: D1m3nsi0n#5672.

good luck waiting WEEKS to get a respond.
in year 2016, they settled my problem within 2 hour.

Mine also got locked but no password changed and no email changed by the hacker. I told them i changed the password myself after. They still locked my account. Instead of getting helped by messaging support it hurt me. I know it's busy but please read the Mails before acting upon them doing stuff that hurts Users more than it helps!

What doesn’t make sense is that I reach out to support to request a password or email change, they respond three days later, and then they block my account without me asking for it. Then, I immediately tell them to unblock it because I didn’t request that, and 24 hours later, I still have no response. I paid to play a game that I currently can’t play.

It would be a different matter if I had done something illegal or requested for the account to be blocked, but that hasn’t happened.
