Stash tabs from PoE2 PC show as Remove-only on PS5 merged account

GGG this is an absolute joke. I've already spent $60 buying the game TWICE to be able to swap between PC & PS5 and now you want me to REBUY ALL MY TABS? You can't be serious. Unacceptable.

iBought 2x early acces one for PC and one for PS5 so i could switch and i need to spend more to get the same stashes. its a joke.

Finally found this tab and yeah, this is pretty piss poor. I get GGG doesn't have full control but if xbox can do it, there is no reason we shouldn't have the same on PS5.

The game plays so much smoother on PS5 and IMO, more enjoyable. Shitty thing is I can't even get a refund from PS5 because Sony sucks.

For me, the most upsetting thing about it all is the blaming of Sony, and just completely disavowing themselves of responsibility.

Add in the fact that the segregation of PS5 is so confusing for people new to GGG and POE, and it's not too difficult to see why they're a month behind on the support tickets.

Everyone loses in this situation, I had heard such great things about GGG coming in and wanted to show genuine support.

I'm very close to walking away and just chalking it down as a loss.

I just found this thread after buying on PC after playing on PS5 because the PC version supports mods. I thought poe2 was cross play,but apparently it's cross play but only if you buy everything twice. This is not cool at all GGG AND Sony need to get this sorted out ASAP.

I just bought the same tabs on both using the "free" coins from each key purchase but I won't be spending a dime beyond that until this is fixed. I am mad too..

Edit, I just realized my solution to buying on both accounts didn't work. I now have two sub accounts with extra stash tabs and can't access the PC tabs on PS5 and vice versa. I feel dumb. This is unnecessarily complicated just because GGG and Sony can't play nice together

Yeah guys, this is not acceptable.

I begrudgingly bought the game on both PS5 and PC, even though that already felt a bit cheeky. Finding out I have to repurchase all the tabs and MTX (I've bought somewhere around $120 worth of MTX on PS5 on top of the $60 for access to the game itself) is just a bridge too far.

I was hoping to use the PC for trading only. Now I feel like I'm just out the $30 for the game and $30 I already spent on MTX on PC. To make matters worse I thought the currency I would buy on PC would be available on PS5, hence the $30 additional I spent that is now permanently earmarked to the PC version of my account. So now that's a total of over $200 spent.

It feels really crappy. I don't understand why the only support response here is asking us to re-buy the same MTX on PC to "fix the problem". Sounds like the problem can be fixed on your end by simply adding anything bought on PS5 to the PC side of things. The solution is not a solution, it's extortion.

How do I get a refund on the PS5? I contacted Playstation saying that the game was "faulty" because of this. Being "faulty" allows for a refund according to their policy. Playstation refused and stated that I should contact Path of Exile customer support.
