I received a response from GGG. they say there are a lot of requests to tech support now. and advised me to make the same thread in feedback forum. but in order not to create many identical threads, I suggest you move to this thread and bump it up.

GUYS WE GOT IT! Visit your profile filters, create filter and select "poe 2" as game platform. Paste the filter contents you wish and it syncs in game.
