Get an error when I try to Direct Whisper

I've had this issue for 4 days, am level 30 on PC. I've emailed support and sent them a message. No response, I also noticed that my characters don't show on the site like others.

I too, am having the same error on PC. I have POE1 and POE2 accounts. Still, when I am in the POE2 trade and online with my POE2 character, I get the error when I try to "whisper" to purchase an item. I am finding this very frustrating to say the least. Yes, I log in through STEAM as well.

Me also got the same issue as well..hopefully the dev fixed it because i need to buy the equipment :)

Same issue here. Seem to have old POE1 account which i had forgotten about. I've linked my steam account here to make it work and there appears to be two logins. One which shows my old POE 1 character and nothing for POE2. Have we got a solution for this yet?

Yes I got the same. You can copy the whisper and then paste it in-game. Which isn't the worst, but it's pretty annoying. Plus now I feel that people can't find my things because I'm "not online".
