OG beta player from the original POE and I'm excited to check out all that POE2 has to offer. Damn I.m getting old :P Where are my OG beta players at?

This is almost the complete opposite experience to the last time I did it. Poe1 beta was all about the community, supporting GGG and seeing how this tiny spark of genius might grow and challenge the existing titans of the genre.

Now I couldn't care less about the community, have no desire to support GGG, and mostly I'm curious to see if they can find a spark of ARPG genius amid an 85gb behemoth of obviously high production values.

Poe1 closed beta was all about hope for what might be.

Poe2 early access is all about hope that they don't fuck it up somehow.

But for what it's worth I am enjoying it at a snail's pace.

thinking back on how slow the game was when i was level 84 vs now. its not what i would have wanted.

thankfully poe2 is there for me..... until it isnt. hope it remains slow
