Cast on Freeze PoE 2

Why did you nerf Cast on Freeze so badly? It's unplayable. Last night I thought it was great, it's really fun and finally I can play it and man it feels powerful. I went to bed and was looking forward to tomorrow... I'm coming home today the work and look there my whole build is for the ton, so many hours so that I can play it and you take it away even before you can see the endgame THX for that

And now I can't play anymore and I don't feel like starting a new character and I don't have any gold to reskill, and I have any currency to craft other gear
