Day 34 and i got an answer to use the reset Password Functions.
The problem as explained is that i dont have acess to this email adress anymore.... |

" I've just got an reply asking a question about my IP address. They have a ticket processing system, which asks you one question every two weeks... And then they explain the response delays with automated answers like "we're getting too many requests from players". No wonder, if you accumulate them faster than solve them. How many months will it take to solve a single issue, if you ask 1 question per 2 weeks? How many NEW requests/emails will GGG receive it that time? It's a total mess. |

Day 50
Almost two months of waiting. The issue with account email change is still not resolved, and no new responses from GGG since Jan 14th. I guess they consider my ticket is "closed" now, just like they "reduced" all these requests " "Reducing" tickets by stalling or/and ignoring until player gives up on his problem. Apparently you can just stop responding and pretend that the request doesn't exist anymore. Amazing solution... |

Its gonna take forever. So far i've been waiting 2 months for the email change, had some back and forth with support (Which takes 1-2 weeks per response) and they asked for some info but thats it, still waiting.
