Trigger Nerf

Broke my cast on freeze cold snap build too. I used it to trigger the cold snap so I didnt have to rely on the busted controller autotarget >_< Second or third nerf of my honestly sub par but fun build. Now I will probably look up a youtube video of a build instead trying to make my own >_<

Well they gutted the whole CoX playstyle. Yeah CoX was strong and maybe needed to tune down a little, but completly bricking it and leaving playerrs with a unplayable build was in no way necessary.
