when are we going to fix 3rd ascendancy that i still can't do because the quest item will not drop. Hundreds of people are having this issue

A step in the right direction! There is no good time to really do impactful changes of this magnitude, early access will last for a while - and spreading out build viability will create healthy diversity and game economy.

People should expect builds that inherently feel broken beyond intended game design to be corrected - and as a Sorcerer Cold Meteor enjoyer, I can assure you that you definitely do not need to do a full respec. There are many other extremely good builds in the cold tree that are less automated.

Thanks for absolutely destroying frost sorceress! What the fuck, that was WAY too heavy handed of a nerf. Your monster power thing doesn't work. I sat there spamming EoW on a huge group of white mobs and the trigger rate was abysmally low.

When I charge up bonestorm now I just stay in place. I cant move in any direction while channeling
