after this patch the fun in the game has dropped by 200%... everything was great before... I feel like I have to spend a whole life doing damage to the enemies before something happens... I need 100x longer for a level 1 map than before..... sorry, ZERO fun in the game right now... undo this crap... PLEASE

Iam fine with nerfing out of balance spell (read cast on xxx) but please give player a free respec then ! Like it's been in PoE 1 on large skill tree changes.

Honestly at this point I just dont want to do any bulilds. Like what is the matter if mechanic can be nerfed (killed entirely in matter of day). Just give people like 2-3 free full respecs per character for us to rebuild something that is too weak or too op. Cause I cant imagine myself running this campaign at current state again and again tbf.

Sounds like its time for an emergency streamer meeting with the devs in Los Angeles before this project goes off the rails.

Balance changes shouldn't even be their focus right now. Stop wasting time nerfing characters that wont even be in the main game when it drops. Fix quests and add more content. Blatantly broken skills that break the server are fine to fix. But when you change skills that every sorc. uses and was meant to use because you placed them in the game makes it look like you guys never tested anything. IDK who your managers are but they need to be fired.

The game's been out a week, children.

Why would I want to play a game that can just nerf a build/gameplay to the ground without any warning in the matter of a day ? We watch the release videos, try to imagine a build before the game release, play for days leveling calculating the next step, buying items, and u guy just nerf the build to the point its unplayable, and Im not even CoF, im playing shock monk with freeze build up, so I can generante power charges. After update I got less 1.5k dps, can freeze mob to generate power charges, eletrocute dont work btw. Im playing a shock build and there is not a single skill that can eletrocute.

But lets imagine I start the game from the beging again since u guys dont give us a respec, and in to expensive to respect. And after a week again u guys just decide to nerf it...

Game was gun, for a week.

I quit.

Balancing the game is fine, but 2 things happened the same time:

- Overnerfing made the build aimed for completely destroyed it, and also off meta builds relied on those interactions got hurt aswell
- No way of making those accept the nerfs escape to another build, the respec cost way too high especially this early, where gold for most still a necessary resource for getting to endgame.

Also failed to even notice players in advance, so they are now stuck farming 10-15 levels lower content for gold. It's clear it was deemed to nerf (tho not sure how this got nerfed, and lightning ranger still way stronger, it was even before the cast on X nerfs.)

Even if the decision was right, the execution was so bad, I'm now doubtful about the future of the game. Yes, nerfs happens all the game, sure... but just looking at the example of Blizzard, their massive player drop after monthes (years?) of weak balancing etiquette made their players go away (And yes, its happening right now too, thats why I'm here).

If this trend continues, I'll probably see this game as just another month of streamer content revenue, but on the long run just kills itself. Might bring back players here and there, with the upcoming classes for sure, I'm very excited to that. However now I'm concerned, weak executions like this in the future will probably turn players like me away, who pissed at developers no longer making game for fun, but for mathematical balance.

Anyway, I'm off to either farm some gold for 6-10 hours and try out some other build, or maybe start something else. HF until.

(And I'm usually the player don't write reviews, but I really felt the need for it now lol)
