Exact it bro, my monk with 135% gain energy get 7~8% per hit when i use ice strike with 160% freeze my skill haves 16K DPS, 2~4K cold damage.

Apex of the Moment still bugged or doesnt display!

So how the f i can continue playing with cast on freeze build now? I dont even finish campaign where do i find gold for respec? Looks like i just stop playing right now.
Lol, so many people told me that poe not diablo and there no nerfs that destroys fun. But no, there is the same problem expect in d4 after nerfs you can still play you build.
After nerf cast on freeze is a f garbage.
Devs really doesn't want us to have fun. You just need to be slow and weak pushing backward from every pack of monster like a fckn noob because of lack of damage. The frost bolt that all are using to trigger Comet itself deal 0 damage, how you can play with that trash damage? Spam 10 times to kill 1 mob?

You should always give the player a solution after a nerf.
