Balbala doesn't drop quest item

Hey, I killed Balbala about 3 times and they don't drop me the quest item "Balbala's Barya" which needs for the quest "Travel to Traitor's Passage" on Cruel Act 2. So my progress stucked and can't continue my ascendancy tree.
Please help me to solve this problem, I'm lvl62 now and don't want to restart a new character because of this.

I'm having the same issue, I got the item but can't hand it in to open up the area, tried going back and killing him 3 times too still stuck, guess I'll wait until it's addressed to back and get my ascendency.

I think I have figured out that this isn't a bug. You have to be level 60 to receive the drop necessary to do the 3rd Trial. It is a requirement to also have a trial item that has 3 floors.

Same issue, quest item will not drop.

Cruel Act 2
Lvl 57 at time of killing her @ least twice; no drop.
Playing Witch hunter.

My guess is an interaction with Culling Strike bypassing something. I could be wrong though, just guessing that since I found a similar Culling Strike type bug in Last Epoch that was bypassing quest status stuff.

Edit: Respec'd taking point out of Witchhunter Culling Strike ascendency. Killed boss again. No quest drop. Not Culling Strike issue. Still Lv 57 @ time of third kill.

Edit2: Killed Boss again at lv60 and lv61 as someone stated above. Quest item will not drop.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve gone through the fight multiple times and have everything else done in act 1,2 and 3 for cruel and I’m at level 66 and every single time I can see the coin drop ie. I can hear the noise that a quest item has been dropped and still can’t pick it up or see it. There’s even a small animation where the coin float floats up in the air and spins for a little bit, but then it just disappears. I haven’t seen a fix anywhere on the Internet so if anyone sees one, let me know. I’ve also emailed GGG about it on the second of this month and they haven’t responded yet.
