This happens to me a lot. Almost always because my guy is targetting something. And even if there's no mob around, there are things he still considers "hostile" like remaining enemy bone walls or the wheel that the guy carrying it above his head drops. Only solution is shoot and destroy them, to free up targetting.

This btw makes looting in combat almost impossible. Just wating for that divine drop followed by a rip and no looty.


Yeah I leave the interact button without a skill. If there's anything hostile on the screen, it will always prioritize the skill over the interact.

Aside from that, I sometimes cannot pick loot up because even though loot tooltip is there, the actual loot is out of reach. Happens a lot when a lot of item names are pushing each other around.

Yes leaving the interact button free of other binds is definitely the play. I had it set to portal for awhile because even if you accidently activate it you can roll-cancel the portal animation but eventually I just moved portal to a d-pad button instead and haven't looked back.

Still, having the interact button not even show up on loot at all is infuriating and makes you have to burn a portal exiting to menu to either reposition loot markers or get the interact tooltip to appear again because it broke for no reason.

Unrelated but on the subject of binds, roll on LT feels really really good. Default roll bind or any face button binds feel weird without using a paddle. Being able to roll while having both thumbs on sticks makes ranged classes feel almost superior to using KBM, mobility wise.

I believe it's that button by default since it's like an industry standard by now heheh.

One thing I want to see improved is how you can adjust where to leap by pressing and holding the the button. We need fine tune controls for this , its too slow , it tries to recenter itself, it doesnt move with your player as u hold it has like a area determined when you pressed it. We need to be able to set this at max distance and then just tap it , or the hard cast needs to remember your last jump distant to customize it. Tapping it and landing right in front of enemies is bad.
It would be nice if we are allowed to have more input options like playing with mouse and keyboard. We don't even have an input to order minions to go in front of the character.
I'd love to have option to bind "targeting mode prioritize - rare/unique mosters" in pack of 50 mosters GL finding rare one that wants to one shot you.
Please make it so we can interact with stuff while moving / using a skill, it's quite difficult sometimes to pick stuff up without having to drop anchor, not sure if wasd is like this but my hunch is it isn't otherwise everyone would be complaining about it
