As soon as you finish the campaign you should switch to an endgame guide, this is pointed out in the leveling guide.

As for sapphire jewels you prioritize two damage modifiers which is also pointed out in the guide, they cost as little as 1-25ex.

uff means im stuck for now on lvling build. no luck on jewellers orb drops to get 4 and 5 sockets. time to grind and hope for luck. thank you for the answer.

Every minion level increases their damage and life, skill levels is the largest increase to their damage.

Use a sceptre that gives increased damage to allies and even minion skill levels.
