Patch deleted characters and purchases.

So on launch day I bought the lord of ogham pack for the PS5.

I played a few days, then decided to try it on my desktop PC.

After trying to gain access via PC I realised I need to buy EA on the PC as well, and that although Chars will be playable cross progress across platforms my MXTs won't.

So I bought the same Lord of Ogham pack for the PC as well and made a character on the PC as it wasn't showing and of the PS5 Chars.

Today I log in on the PS5, download the latest update and all the Chars (2) have gone, one was level 3 another was about level 12 I think.

The only character I see is the one I made on PC and it's now back at th start area on the beach and is level 1.

Also it says I have no gold and no MTX on the PS5, I got 3 spare char slots and the superpack of extra tabs. Still had 10 tokens left.

I know it's EA and Chars possibly be lost wiped, but just just making it known.
