Is support ignoring me on purpose?

Yeah i am locked out currently, because my account was compromised. I send them a ton of evidence that i am the owner. A proof of ownership for steam account, old recipe for purchases, old datas from my poe account (when created, which chars...) and so on. You think that is enough?

Just asking because i am waiting now for almost 10 days and got no response and dont want to wait another long time just to give them 1 more information
They are going to ask you a dumb question like "what is your old account's name" which you had in the first line of your ticket, then silence. Happened to me

Of course not, haven't seen a single soul here that actually got helped.
I promise they aren't ignoring us, They answered a pretty trivial email after the support spike so i know they are working their way through the list in some manner of order.

I have a lot of beef with support so i'll be first in line if they're actually denying people service to say that's not cool but this really is just capacity being overwhelmed which on one end is a good thing it just sucks so many people are unable to play or enjoy their purchases during this exciting time.

They will get to you and do their best to fix the problems of that i am certain, Good luck today on everyone's tickets.

Im in the same boat, hate to say it but the customer support is on blizzard levels here....if not worse?
Blizzard has given me replies faster than this... its such a simple issue to unbind steam/email
no reply at all
Bumping again, still no reply. Let's let the world know how ridiculous their support team is.

This is not a consumer problem. People needed to be hired early rather than waiting for an “unprecedented influx” to come into your system.
Anyone who has worked in support understands that your new employees will not be able to start working right away; it will take time.
