Support Email Response Delays

So after over 40 Days i got a reply and they did something - but now i have to do a support ticket again because they transfered the points and refunded all the discounted mtx purchases i made in over a month of them not replying ...

I now got everything on one Account but instead of the discounted purchases i collected i now only got points.

I hope it will be way faster now.

I waited 45 days for a response that didnt really solve my problem - please fix it asap ... This is getting ridiculous.


Honestly you control the ingame currency, and the accounts with mtx unlocks - this should be a 5 minute thing - i dont even understand why they need so much information - shouldnt they pretty much see the linked accounts mtx and coin content easily? My accounts are even on the same e-mail ...

48 days without any contact from support.
Just in case - the emails with discounts on wishlist go trough, so my spamfilter will not filter out their mails.

They just completely ignore me :)
40 days and counting, outstanding work support! £79.99 dollars of mtx originally given to wrong account, now not even showing on the account intended to of received them, or the original wrong account. So they’ve just vanished completely. Im assuming after waiting this long i wont get a resolution so im essentially £79.99 out of pocket.
Hopefully in the future they can have a functioning customer support as waiting this long after paying that amount is absurd work!
Repeating what has been said already, had it been i got the product but not paid in full, i guarantee the support would be contacting instantly
44 days and it goes on, no answer, nothing. Unfortunately, this is more than bad for GGG's reputation.

It's nothing game breaking for me, but also nothing really difficult that takes more than 5 minutes.

Very sad that the support is so behind.
My account is still bugged no way to use trade site, don't have access to any of my stash tabs, account is bugged on poe1 and poe2. no response for over a month is crazy to me.
Account locked for about a month now, not a single response from support. Absolutely hopeless and sad situation since i supported the game as much as i could. If any GM or person responsible for any share of the costumer service even reads this, look at how many of us are without any response for over 40 days! This is completely unheard of for me. Most i ever waited for a response from any support in any game was what? 2 or 3 days? This is really disappointing.

Im waiting almost 2 Months now - what a .... joke.

I had support do something after over one month - but they actually didnt really do what i asked them for and then ignored me again ...



This is beyond unprofessional. I ve never seen anything like this before.
