Support Email Response Delays
I received a first reply email, and it’s probably the last one. I had to wait in hopelessness. That email seemed like an automatic response, not from any actual support staff at GGG, with the employee's name introduced merely as a shield

They will not see a dime from me in the future. Never again. What a waste of time and money. I will ask PayPal to transfer my money back and I’m done with this game and the company. Just unacceptable and the silence is a shame.

Got a reply at the start of the week, the usual “hi provide details etcetc” no response since!

Its been nearly a week, will we be entitled to refunds or compensated in game?
My account is locked, after trading a friend, with payment, 5x2 ex for 2x 78 Wands, Firespec. Absolutely terrible automated Anti-RMT system, based on the prices USERS SET in their premium tab prices. When i ran HIS maps with him, and uniques dropped, he re-dropped, you didnt lock my account for that, When we run the treasure vault, and uniques spawn, you didnt lock my account for that. I didnt use overlay tools or filters, i have owned 0 divines ever, and i've got like 3 level 60 characters, I get to end game and i make a new guy - i purchased the character slots, so i could get more chars in every league. You had me addicted, and then you wiggled a carrot infront of my face by replying to me then ghosting me for 4 days, support, you're messing up. Make a report format, so your people can glance at with a max char. count. |

Game as a base/skeleton is amazing, although it has some glaring design issues that have been addressed by the community and I am cautiously looking forward to the Sunday tavern talk to see if/how they'll get addressed by GGG. So this is not about the game itself.
However, I want to join the crowd that's been "burned" by this whole support "delay" ordeal. 45 (!!!) days my request to delete an obsolete account and transfer my EA coins to it (as they got wrongfully sent to the old account) hasn't been resolved. This is beyond acceptable, guys. Please do something in the new year about it. |
