Game crash 100% when log in character (jungle ruins)

I entered Jungle Ruins with my character Silk_x and a few seconds later the game crashed and exited. Now when I try to log back in to that character the game just crashes every time at the end of the loading screen. I tried changing some of the graphics settings but it makes no difference. So I can’t play that character currently …

I have the exact same thing happening! I uninstalled the game off my xbox to see if that works...but this is now going to be another hour and 10 minutes to wait for it to be available again to try. This is absolutely frustrating as it took me a good few hours to beat the end boss of act 2 and I had a legendary staff that added fire bolt and the Ember Fusilade ability when casting any spell. Also had like 76 added spell damage. I got this from gambling from a vendor and likely will not find again easily. This would be frustrating and upsetting to find out my game is just bricked and I need to start a new character. I did start one to test if its my save file or the game in general and the new character did in fact work and I got to the first village and went back to my old character and the game crashes before it gets past the jungle ruins load screen.

I played another character for 30 mins, then returned to character select, and selected the character which was crashing. They did log in and my character was right by the zone entrance to infested barrens, so I clicked the zone and will carry on and not return to jungle ruins for now!

My character was looking for the way to the next area hahaha so its my quest to be in the jungle ruins...noooooo hahaha

I am back. reinstalling/taking time fixed it

Did it again fighting the mighty silverback...why is this happening where it breaks my save file at this checkpoint.

I am having the same issue main character crashes the game on load. It was right after killing silver first for a friend who was stuck…. Now I am the stuck one as I cannot load in.

Just happened to me too. Jungle ruins, just before the Silverback boss. Save will not load. Tried unplugging Xbox for 10 minutes then plugging back in but no luck. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.
