Vaal Soul Cores do not spawn in Trial of Chaos

When doing Trial of Chaos, I entered the third trial which contained three Stone Altars to put Vaal Soul Cores in. The area also contains one lever which switches between two walls going up, but there are no Vaal Soul Cores anywhere.

I'm having that issue right now. I can't describe in words how much I loathe the Trials of Chaos as a whole. I hope GGG removes this shit before launch.

Same thing, no soul cores spawned. Had lightning turrets, not sure if that has something to do with it.
