Unable to switch linked account

I am unable to switch between my two linked accounts on XBOX series X. I have the option to, by clicking in R3, but when I select the other account it just reloads the current account.

The amount of MTX coins does not change when selecting the other account, either, confirming that the account has not been switched. This also effectively prevents me from using my leveled characters from playing on PC, or upgrading my supporter pack to a higher tier as it isn't my main account.

I had this too for a little bit. I had created a character under my main PC account (but was on the Xbox). Then I noticed the switch account option and used it. Now I was stuck on my Xbox account and worried that I wouldn't be able to switch back. I had to create a new character and then thankfully it finally let me switch back to my main account.
Hopefully something like that works for you too.

Thanks for the info! I'll give that a shot tonight to see if it works for me or not. I'll update the post either way. hopefully it will be a good workaround until they fix it.
