Vaulting impact skill "leaping forward" issues

Vaulting impact is just horrible, leap forward which won't leap... Some small stone, small touch to corner, some leveling stairs or any other small object and you just stuck on it. And I'm not even talking about flying projectiles while you in the air... Prepare to get all of it.
