Integrated Efficiency - not impressed

We really don't need 3 extra skill slots at early level. I mostly just use 3 active skills at the most. This class feels VERY slow. Cycling more than 2 skills for combo effect is just not fun at earlier level.

I don't know if I'll ever need 3 extra skills but this passive is a pre-req. At level 35, I took an ascendancy that literally does nothing for my current gameplay.

Any way you can change it so Integrated Efficiency isn't a pre-req? Those that want extra 3 skills can take it? I know this passive has synergy with the Max resistance node but the truth is item customization is so bad that I don't even think about max resistance yet. These two passives are literally for level 70+ IMO. Not useful at level 35!
