Same issue! Just used 2 coins that said I would get points but none worked.
Also, the text is red and I cant find a way to go to the trial. The lv22 instance gets me to Act 2 normal dificulty. This is a bug, for sure! |

All good it works, you just need to get right Djinn Barya
got mine on second map tier 1 went to act2 trial where it says level 22 monsters etc. was able to get 3rd ascention |

Same issue. Completed the Trial 3x but at last I can only open chests and no ascension points.
