Crashing in dungeons

Hey so Ive ran into a bug where I crashed in the middle of the mausoleum of the praetor and I can't load back in every time I home screen and restart the game and go to load up that character the gears spin for maybe a second or two then freezes up again. Didnt really want to full restart another character but looks like I'll have to for the time being until this gets looked into.
