Game hard freezes my PC requiring a reboot every 3 / 4 loading screens

PoE2 hard freezes. AMD 9800x3d, 4090, 64 gigs 6400 RAM, solid tested and healthy NVME drive (Crucial CT4000T705SSD3). 1000 Watt PSU. Current Drivers, Windows 11 current patch.

As the title states above, I'm on windows 11. I have tried reverting off of the current windows 11 patch as some have stated that is problematic. However the situation has not changed. I have tried things like swapping to vulkan / Dx11 / Dx12. Setting all settings to LOW, only having Multi-threading on when not loading. Etc.

I'm a little frustrated because no other game (other than PoE1) has ever displayed this issue, even Cyberpunk 4k-Ultra settings (which should be a much more demanding game)

Additionally, temperatures on my CPU package average around 93% in PoE2 (Only around 70c on Cyberpunk) often hitting and sometimes exceeding TJ max (95c) by 2-3 degrees while loading into town or a new zone.

And yes, I know I can disable a few cores so the game only freezes but man... Like it's a new game, I shouldn't have to find silly-half-fixes that reduce my performance.

Additionally the patch notes have no mention of this bug or purposed fixes; which make me nervous, hence this post. And yes, it's the first patch note, I don't expect miracles but it seems like this is getting pushed off to the side just like this issue in PoE1 that has existed for 10+ years.

Edit the line that follows should read:

"Additionally, temperatures on my CPU package average around 93c"
Same issue
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080 Super
Motherboard: PRO B650-A WIFI
RAM: 2x16GB 7200Mhz (EXPO on)
GPU driver 566.36
Windows 11 24H2
CPU driver: AMD Chipset driver 6.10.22.027
BIOS: AMI BIOS 7D75vA32(Beta version)

Changing to DX11, Vulkan, setting compatibility of .exe to Windows 8, and setting frame cap haven't help with the issue.
I'm using the built in stats (f1). Seems like when loading screen occurs, shaders graph sky rockets. It's either that or CPU (even tho I have thermal set to max 90C).
What is weird that mouse becomes very slow, stuttering and eventually is locked completly, as is whole PC
Same issue happens when going into a different zone/maps. Currently in endgame maps so it happens more often. I crashed and rebooted my PC like 30-40 Times durings acts. MOST likely reason is windows 24H2 update, it messed lots of things up.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU 3060 Ti
32GB RAM
Game on NVME
Windows 24H2

CPU around 65 C GPU around 70C

Having the same problems here. Random crashing on load screens.
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080 Super
Motherboard: ASRock X870E Taichi
RAM: 2x48gb GSkill RipJaw at 6000
GPU driver 566.36
Windows 11 24H2 fully patched
CPU driver: AMD Chipset driver 6.07.15.126 (I will give the latest a try)
BIOS: 3.12.AS02
Temps on CPU not above 65c and GPU at 75c.

It is getting rather frustrating, even after a reboot there are times I can't load into the game. I find winmemorycleaner does help after crashes where it refuses to load. Doesn't work all the time.

"What is weird that mouse becomes very slow, stuttering and eventually is locked completly, as is whole PC" is exactly what I get when loading into the world.

I have using Process Lasso removed affinity of 2 cores so I can atleast kill the game using task manager now and restart.

Same issues as everyone mentioned with similar specs as well. Please fix this . Game is unplayable for me
Just adding to thread. Same issue, hard crashes whole pc in load screens occasionally. Never seen this since i built the pc and i play alot.

4060/7800x3d/32gb/24H2
same please help
Keep this post alive it cant be that this issue is still not fixed they wanna kill my pc or what is going on
I have a 5700X3D and have the same Issue btw and im back here because I just wanted to Boot my game and it froze my whole PC AGAIN.
