Spirit Total is incorrect/Missing Spirit

Playing Witch, currently in Act 2.

Using a Rattling Scepter that gives 131 Spirit.
Completed the Freythorn Quest (in Act 1) that gives the +30 Spirit consumable. Used the consumable, but my Spirit total is still 131. It WAS 161 for a while but recently dropped back down to 131.

Unequipping Scepter drops my Spirit to 0. Re-equipping scepter raises it to 131. Still missing the other 30 Spirit from quest reward.
