Meanwhile, still no answer from your support since launch just because we don't get an unlink Steam button so not even able to play because of this silly stuff
And what about the email to the support bouncing back 3/4 of the time? Glad to take a week's vacation for the launch before Christmas for this... Where's the fix for augmentation to transmutation ratio? I can't make gear from thin air.
The number of white items I can't do anything with is high, and the number of alchemy drops is staggeringly scarce. I find more augmentations than transmutations which prevents me from even trying to make upgrades. Buying upgrades from vendors was supposed to be a "if you can't find or make anything" not "the best way to find gear while leveling".
