POE2 - Unable to Complete "Ascent to Power" in Cruel Difficulty

To add to it, seems more things are wrong.

My Ultimatum keys only say they will grant ascendency points when I'm in the Chaos zone. Low level ones also say they will grant points, but they do not. I have gotten the first 4 points.

Also the key says it's 7 runs, but when actually in the trial, it's 10 runs.

Currently level 72ish and it sucks I can't get my 5th point and up.

Edit: To add: This is extra frustrating as both Ultimatum and Sanctum were my most hated Leagues, many other people feel this way too. So having to run it sucks, but it sucks even more I've run them like 10+ times now.

Same Issue on Cruel. Killed Balabala 2 times, Quest is stuck on "search...." I hope they will fix it soon =/
