Missing 30 Spirit from Act 2 Golden Tomb Drop

I only have 60 spirit entering act 1 merciless. King of the Mist and Bog Witch spirit are greyed out. Reran zone with golden tomb and didn't receive drop.

Same nothing dropped besides a gem for me, kinda makes running any kind of upgraded persistent buffs without spirit on gear impossible.

Yeah same for me, already tried searching for it a lot of times and did the whole zone way more than 7 times, in non i got the Spirit Item and that quest is grayed out.

Wait, there should be 90 spirit per 3 acts? I also have only 60, where in act 2 should it be?

This is because the last 40 spirit for the base 100 is from A3 from the bog witch. 60 total from Normal, then only an additional 40 from Cruel

Level 75 (running maps), did all quests and only have 30 spirits...

They just droped a patch notes and said nothing about this so i guess its not suposed to have spirits on golden tomb
