Account linking broken

This is getting absurd!

It is still not fixed - my first reply from support was on friday with questions that dont even make sense since i explained everything already and they can see it.

I replied and now i wait again ...


Sorry but at the pricepoint of the MTs etc. support like this simply isnt enough. This also shouldnt have happened in the first place and i seriously dont understand whats weven the point of accoutn linking if it doesnt merge them.


My first mail was on 7.12 - its more than a week now ...

Sorry but this is getting absurd. This game charges more money for ingame items than most other games - and even limits them in a way ive never seen yet the support is such a joke?

Sorry but this is getting unacceptable.

It's 11 days now and the reply i got on 13th looks pretty similar to the copy paste mail i saw from many others - mainly asking for data they actually have. Which to be honest makes support feel way worse and makes me doubt if anyone even looked at my mail yet.

It cant be that hard to just move MTs to the main account.

This should have been tested before or just warn ppl not to link steam and your accounts.

Or add some user options to transfer chars or mts within linked accounts.

Or simply unlock all MTs on both linked accounts.

Your MTs are premium priced, way more expensive than other f2p games the service should reflect that.

So when will anyone look at my issue? It has been 11 days now.

I have the same problem:
* Old PoE1 account (I think) with all characters and microtransactions
* One new PoE2 account with my 300 EA coins (that I am not using)

Ok then why did you send me an email about info you already have? Just to put me back on the bottom of the line?

So i waited for support which pretty much was a copy paste mail about info you already have and my reply put me back to the bottom of the queue?
I have the very same problem. I've bought EA for both steam and xbox.

I had a PoE1 account on xbox from 18 months ago I never actually used.

After linking the new account for steam and the old xbox account I now have 300 coins sitting in an account I never used, never will use and I cannot even spend them since they are seperated.

I'm somewhat fine waiting until they fixed this but the complete lack of feedback (did send 2 emails already Dec 7 and Dec 14, plus a forums post Dec 11 where I just was told to send an email) is what I find somewhat annoying.

I wanted to buy some more tabs and missed the sale now apparently.

Even more annoying is that I actually want to buy a nice skin for my toon but now am afraid to charge my account with more coins since I don't know what subaccount they might end up on (and then not will be usable for me in the first place).

same problem with trade. i can only see poe 1 trade. 2 days ago i can access to poe 2 trade but now, i cant see or access to the poe 2 trade window and i cant see my poe 2 chars in the account. but i can still play poe 2.
13 days ...

I appreciate the copy paste or automated response asking for more data to probly be put at the bottom of the line ...
