Can not go to act 3

I just finished Act 2, then i went to pass my ascendency quest, with success, and then i tried to get to act 3, but the shadow man is not here.

The quest says to talk to him, but he is not in the caravan in act 2.
I went to act 1 to talk to him there then, but he send me to act 2 like if i had just finished act 1.

I found him, i didn't know he was not on the caravan. I think you should give indications on where he is, or you might get more of those posts.
