Mausoleum of the Praetor - can't log in

Absolutely fed up with this.

Load in my level 12 Witch to Mausoleum of the Praetor. I have been in and out all day.

Can't do it. Screen just stuck on loading. Can't play.

Xbox Series X.

And this is the second character I've had this happen to - exact same place. Can't back out of it, can't play.

I won't be making a third character. I am out.

I have exactly the same problem with my second account on Xbox. Other Charakters are fine. This makes me very sad.

I'm also having this issue on xb series S. :(
