Character vanished?!? level 21 witch

So I've been playing the game on off the past few days. Today I got to level 21.

Now, when I log in.. my character is suddenly gone? it doesn't show up? Im just prompted with the option to make a new?

I bought the largest supporter pack.

Please help.
