problem unlinking my steam account

does anyone know the support team's timezone ? perhaps they're just sleeping/not working rn


Well I presume the main team is in New Zealand, but I guess there are some staffs in other countries as well, delocalisation for support is a common thing.
But yeah, atm probably really few people still working at this time. The problem is that we are not waiting just from now, or even from today. But for days, there has been absolutely no communication about that. Worse, when someone from GGG comes to the forum they are asking to email the support which doesn't receive emails correctly now.. really helpful lol.

That's just ridiculous and frustrating for such a silly detail...

ehm.. also i know you're probably not aware of that but do you perhaps know how long it would take ? as it is quite urgent for me since it is for my videogame expositions i do in france, i was planning to add poe 2 in my current poe 1 exposition but since i cannot access it, it is quite complicated
