I find it so discouraging that they cant even give us a timeframe on this issue or anything. I thought GGG really cared about their customers and were always super transparent? Does this seem to be the case for us console players or does that sentiment about GGG only stand true for PC players?

As a long time console player I can tell you it's only ture for PC. They get around to us eventually
