PLEASE HELP !!!!!!! I merged my accounts and lost everything

Take it nobody has had this issue fixed yet? I've lost everything from PoE1, not so bothered about characters but losing the extra stash tabs I paid actual money for is a bit bullshit.

Reached out to customer support about 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.

same problem and Im panic over it. I lost my 2 characters, i just wanted to link my steam account now im screwed. feels bad man.

I recently linked my Xbox (primary, PoE2/early access) and PC (legacy, PoE1) accounts through the "Manage Accounts" section of the website. During this process, my Steam PoE1 account merged with my existing account. While I can switch between accounts on the site and see my microtransactions and account balance on my primary account, my legacy account is now linked to my Xbox account without any of its microtransactions, credit balance, or character progress.

Nevermind. Figured it out.

The pause screen after creating a new character gives you the option to switch between the two accounts that are merging. I was able to switch to the correct account and access my progress.

yeah, at character selection right stick will allow you to switch, but i want them merged. How do you merge them??

On the PS5, the option to select accounts is indeed there (even though you supposedly merged them), but you can only select the old account, which has none of your current progression nor does it recognize that you purchased Early Access for $30, so you won't get your 300 points either.

I should also add that I did start over on the "playable account" post-merge-debacle, but it's not quite playable either as anyone who tries to group with me that used to have my "pre-merged" account on their friends list now crashes during instances--primarily speaking, friends via cross-platform.

Deleting and re-adding friends on both ends does not work to solve the crashing either.
