POE2 Ascendancy Trial of Sekhema Finished But No Reward

Then I went back and died on the 6th room of trial of the cunning due to honor loss... really annoying by itself, but even more impactful for the devs - the game soft locked with the Trial of the Sekhemas Failed UI screen up. Can mouse over tooltips etc but it there is now way to close it. The music/traps etc continue to play and animate but its locked from any further interaction.
