No early access !!!! SCAM?

I got the early access edition, and still they say I don’t have even though they give me the coins and the stupid music!!! Since two days I try to get the support and they don’t answer!!!! Now I got a demon mail probably because the email is full.

Anyone else has this problem? Why they are selling so many early access when they know they can’t get it done. Really bad .

Maybe reach out to the team. Mine worked perfectly from day one - I definitely would not call this a scam.

I bought the game on the 6th, but when I try to install it on my console (Xbox Series S), it says that the game is incompatible. The installation is corrupted and does not start.
When I log in to the game's website, my coins are zero. Which also leads me to question my purchase.
