the main "issue" with support on these kinds of things is that they hold account security in very high regard, which means that many people aren't able to prove that they own their own account, and so aren't able to receive services that require that confirmation. The other side of that coin is that its much harder for malicious actors to impersonate account owners, although its feasible its simply not worth the tradeoff.

It's crazy how the people defending the support team always have a gazillion of badges. If this was a gacha game we'd call people like this whale, and you know what? They got their personal support

Agreed, good game or not, if you're waiting 1-2 weeks for a ticket with 0 communication that is just bad PR
