Dealing With Support for Over 5 Years

Hello

I've been dealing with GGG support on-and-off for over 5 years trying to get my Steam Path of Exile account unlocked.

The initial request from support is always to provide two characters from the account and the email associated to the account. Unfortunately, I don't know what those are. I haven't been able to log in for over 5 years, it's really not reasonable for me to remember the character names from it.

Anyway, I don't want the account unlocked anymore, I just want it to be disassociated from my Steam account so that I can attach this account to the Steam account.

Am I being clear? Is this possible? I can't keep dealing with support, they seem to have no idea what I'm asking and I end up running in circles for months until I give up and play something else.

Is there any engineer who can read my post and just... do what I'm proposing? Please?

The ID of the Steam account is 76561197987962924. Simply disassociate it from any Path of Exile account so that I may associate the one I'm currently commenting from.

It's amazing how this company get the rep it has, it literally has the WORST customer support I've ever experienced
I'm on the same boat here brother, been trying to get my account unbanned/unlinked from my main steam account on and off for the past 2 years.
And probably we'll still be sitting here. Waiting for GGG to define and implement a process that unfucks us.

You're not being ignored by support even if it seems like you are, They process our requests pretty fairly i can vouch for that even if mistakes do happen sometimes.
