Ground Shaking Effects From MTX Effects NPC/Character Screens

If I'm in town looking at my inventory and some other player in the area has an MTX effect that causes the ground to shake (one of the EA pack back attachments or apparitions does this currently) I shouldn't see that effecting my screen.

I'm in my inventory or stash trying to organise stuff in peace!

It's so obnoxious.
