Servi "Local Knowledge" does nothing

Played on PC with controller. Talked to Servi and selected "Local Knowledge". It's like something was opening up but immediately closed out. If you blink, you would miss it opening up and closing out. It did not load up the World map at all. When you switch to keyboard and mouse mode, it did load up the world map with lore about most waypoints from Servi.

After clicking on her and the option in her dialog bubble I get map open with little "i" icons near locations. Upon clicking those icons, she tells me about the creatures that are on the map. I think that is how it´s supposed to work, just not highlighted as finished quest waiting to be claimed.

I thought it was just my initial character that had the problem, currently on my 2nd character just starting out at Act 3. Talk to Servi and select "Local Knowledge" and the screen just flashes white and nothing.
On PC (Steam) using controller.

Bumping this up. I do play on GeForce Now with controller. Same story. "Local Knowledge" does nothing
