Cannot exit of trials of Sekhemas

I recently tried the trials again with another character. And the problem is still there.

I have this problem as well, Have to exit the game and then come back in for it to spawn me back at the start of Trials. |

Same. Issue still persists. I did notice some slight lag right after the popup says what room you died in and everything. It feels like it tries to give you the "OK" option or what have you but something just doesn't click.

Having the same issue on PS5, only way out is to close the game. |
