Same issue here. About to just start another character until GGG fixes this issue.

Same issue here, I farmed 2 Balbalas Barya before i enter the trial. End up i lost twice and then go hunt The traitor again. But, he not longer drop the Balbalas Barya, I have tried more than 6 times farming.

Same here, This is game breaking, gonna ask for a refund. Why is GG not responding to this bug.

For all of you stuck in cruel without the coin and not able to talk to the advisor to get a new one:
DJINN BARYA coins are farmable, some youtube videos are referring Chimeral wetlands as the best place to farm them. They are findable in maps as well. If you don't have the patience, you can just trade one in the POE official website, be careful with the Number of trials property tho |

I thought I was in the same situation. I talked to Balbala (next to the relic altar) and he gave me a new one.

Trial of the sekhemas escape trial is a joke almost impossible to click on the gems unless you on a specific side and right next to it then I die on boss and can't get out of area. Xbox X

this bug has happened to me too. fail the trial on cruel and you dont get the coin back. needs fixing game is broken
